Steel Construction Buildings can be built in two ways;

- Steel Building with Isolation
- Steel Building without Isolation
Statical calculations are made for various Earthquake and Climate Zone.
For calculations changing due to the location of the construction;
Wind speed: 102 km/h
Snow load: 80 kg/m2  values are taken into consider.

Dimensions

For Steel Buildings, we can make production in any requested width, legth and height. Our Standard width is 10m. Height can be 4m,5m or 6m. Standard axe intervals are 2.5m in terms of height and it can be increased as much as requested. As the block width remaining 10m, we can make solutions of double ,triple, quartet and fivefold block.

Bearing Construction

It is made of Hpi column, steel truss with full body and purlins and all the wind connections of the building is made. Connections are made by steel nuts and bolts.

Roof and Surface Cladding

0,50 mm trapezoid galvanized metal sheet sac levhalar, contalı çivilerle aşıklara tespit edilir.

Doors

Doors are manufactured as sliding. A staff door, to let the people get in, exists on the Sliding Door.

Paint
All the steel parts are painted with an ati-rust paint and one layer  oil paint.
Galvanized metal sheet is without paint. Claddings can be made painted galvanized metal sheet, due to request.
Electrical system doesn’t exist in Steel Buildings.
Purlins are wooden purlin.
Steel Buildings are mobile, unless they are dismantled and than installed again,when requested.
